My business relies on several tools… Macbook Pro, iPhone, iPad, iWork software, iCloud and my relationship with my local Apple Store and the guys at the Genius Bar. I’ve had some issues over the years, not many, and to be honest the “Geniuses” haven’t always been able to rescue me. But I once lived on the Dark Side in the land of Microsoft and Windows and the grief I copped there was far, far worse. Bottom line, Apple helps me to grow my business. So, when I read that Apple has come out #1 in a survey of computer technical support companies I wasn’t surprised. They scored highest for online and phone support: ease of contacting staff, clarity of advice, technical knowledge, patience, and time for follow-up. Apple has admitted there is a way to go yet because between 24-40% of some people surveyed only gave a “fair” rating. But this is what I like about Apple. They’re progressive. They care. What can I say… I like Apple.
